Before you connect anything
The questions people ask first.
Can Inboxly read my emails?
It reads what it needs to sort them, and does not store the contents. Only headers, senders, subjects and the categories it works out are kept. Bodies stay in Gmail and are fetched only when you open something.
Will it delete something important?
It cannot delete anything permanently. Cleaning moves mail to Trash, where Gmail keeps it 30 days, and you approve every action in a preview with exact counts. Anything you have replied to is never touched, and security mail is excluded outright.
Is my email used to train AI?
No. Most sorting uses no AI at all — it is worked out from headers and how often you open a sender. Where a model is involved it runs inside our own Google Cloud project under terms that forbid training on your data.
Is this a replacement for Gmail?
No, deliberately. Inboxly cannot send email and does not ask for permission to. You read here and reply in your own mail app.
What if I stop paying?
Your mailbox stays exactly as it is. Nothing is undone, nothing re-clutters. You stop getting new sorting, and you can delete everything we hold whenever you like.
